Our therapists are authentic, validating, and highly trained to help you increase awareness, build strategies and skills to create the changes you want to make. We offer both individual and family therapy. We offer therapy for adolescents and adults.
Body Image
If your negative body image is impacting your mood, self worth, relationships and social life, it’s time to work on it! You’ll get the insights, supports and tools you need to move towards body neutrality so that you can stop letting your body image issues hold you back.
Trauma
Our therapists use a variety of modalities to assist you in reducing your trauma symptoms, finding or regaining a sense of peace, calm and connectedness in your life. We have therapists trained in EMDR, prolonged exposure, Internal Family Systems (IFS) and RO-DBT - all have shown effectiveness in treating trauma.
Radically Open Dialectical Behavioral Therapy
All of our therapists are trained in RO-DBT, which is a highly effective treatment program for Overcontrolled personality types, typically including problems with perfectionism, people pleasing, rigid or rule based behavior, distant relationships which can exacerbate eating disorder, OCD or trauma symptoms.
