About Kelsey
Hi, I’m Kelsey. I am dedicated to supporting teens and adults as they navigate life’s complexities. I’ve found that sometimes along the way, we encounter moments when our usual ways of coping no longer serve us– how we’ve “always done things” simply… isn’t working anymore. This can leave us feeling stuck, alone, and hopeless. The good news is that therapy can help, and I am privileged to join my clients on their path toward change.
I believe in the power of human connection and the healing it can bring. This has always driven my passion for working with people and addressing life’s pain points with both honesty and hope.

Kelsey is in network with United Healthcare and considered out of network for all other insurances. Kelsey’s self pay rate is $105 per therapy hour and $120 for initial assessments.

Therapeutic Training & Background
I utilize techniques from a variety of evidence-based therapies to support my clients’ progress. I am grounded in attachment theory and interpersonal process therapy. Additionally, I am trained in Radically Open Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (RO-DBT). I am under the supervision of Megan Bogue, LPC. I serve on The Current’s Radically Open Dialectical Behavioral Therapy Consultation Team and Eating Disorder Consultation Team.
I have over a decade of experience mentoring college students, as well as a counseling intern in private practice. I have received extensive training in the treatment of eating disorders.
Professional Style
As a person-centered therapist, I seek to honor the unique story and personality of every client who walks through my door. Clients can expect to be met with genuine care, compassion, and challenge. I love a good metaphor, cultivating creativity in sessions, and delight in any chance to highlight the value of play for all ages. Through my warm, relational approach, clients feel supported, understood, and motivated to embrace positive change. I prioritize building a secure, trusting relationship as the cornerstone of our collaboration. I am confident in the potential for growth and healing within our partnership.
If you’re interested in integrating your Christian faith with counseling, I am happy to provide faith-based counseling that incorporates Spirituality in a way that feels authentic to you!
